For the one vdisk I have upgraded I am now unable to launch the desktop as a user. Updated: I have 2 vdisks (one 7.7 and one 7.8) each used for 3 Xen Desktop instances each. Our PVS based VDA's successfully readded to the new machine catalogs and registration was seamless.

I have yet to update a delivery controller as I have the remaining vdisks to do. We had to get this back running so recreated the site database from scratch. Our backup of the DB did not restore but fortunately we documented our policy, storefront, deivery group and machine catalog settings so manually re-entering them was easy in the new 7.8 delivery controller installation.
